Ratebeer.com was down all yesterday evening and through the night. This morning when one tries to log in you get this message from Joet:
Sorry! Yes, I am bummed too.
Apparently the sites new server went down and they will need to rebuild. The message does say though that all data is safe. The message which scrolls as you click goes on to say:
We’re getting a lot of volunteer help this time, so we should be in ship shape a lot sooner.
You can still visit Rate Beer on Facebook. And while I am sad, it is nice to know it was a Windows product and not an Apple that took them down.
