Review: Great Divide Denver Pale Ale

An English Pale Ale brewed by

Great Divide Brewing Company
Denver, Colorado USA

On a night of very hop full beers, the Denver Pale Ale was a nice change. The Denver Pale Ale pours an amber color with a huge head. I have no idea if this was just a freak thing but both beers poured took about 15 minutes to get in the glass. It was a real head too, very frothy and full. On first taste, I found it was smooth and a little sweet. It was well balanced and sat very nicely on the palate. It finished with a slight bitterness. I would recommend as a good drinker but it is certainly nothing that will wow you.
